OADB-8 is a multifunctional spray dryer developed in response to the demand of LiB materials, electronic components and other new material industries, etc., by taking advantage of atomizing technology by our Japan Headquarter.

1.Interchangeable atomizers (Rotary disc or Two-fluid Nozzle)

2.Choose one atomizer based on different powder diameter requirement.

3.Reference adjustable values of two atomizers in powder diameter:

-Rotary disc: about 15~50um

-Two-fluid nozzle: about 10~20um

4. Enable to switch the way of powder collection

-2-point collection: Bottom of drying chamber & cyclone

-2-point collection: Bottom of cyclone and bag filter

-1-point collection: Bottom of bag filter

5.Easy operation by PLC controller +HMI touch screen

According to the needs of users in R&D and small-scale production, we developed spray dryer Model OPD-8 with Ohkawara Kakohki Co.,Ltd which features in compact structure, easy operation, high quality as well as low price.

1. Using rotary-disc atomizer with adjustable rotary speed ranges from 10,000~33,000 rpm with stepless inverter control. Low noise, low vibration, low energy consumption and light weight.

2. Easy temperature adjustment within ±1℃ deviation.

3.Compact structure, nice externality, simple operation and easy to move (with wheels). Fixed type also available.

This type is widely used in domestic colleges and universities and R&D institutions.
